بررسی عوامل بازدارنده در به کارگیری اصول مدیریت در بخش از دیدگاه سرپرستاران بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی مستقر در تهران

This field study was conducted  to investigate barriers to applying principles of management in wards of Tehran University on medical science hospitals: head nurses' viewpoints .75 hednurses who  were working  in selected hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that  it,s validity and reliability was obtained using content validity and test-retest. Study findings were summarized in 45 tables and 7 charts . descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. The results showed  that the majority of hednurses commented  Barriers to applying principles of management moderately and addressed many factors such as  shortage of nursing staff, lack of time due to non-professional jobs, lack of support from superiors directors, not giving sufficient authority, lack of cooperation from nurses related  to lack of motivation to work. At the end , application of the results of research in various fields of nursing were discussed and recommendations for future research were presented.
